Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings or all three nights.
Travel engagements once or twice a month, each lasting between 3 to 5 days.
Her preferred performance locations include major cities such as Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, and select international destinations in neighboring countries. Events must align with her vision of performing at high-class venues for gala dinners, luxury events, VIP gatherings, and elite private celebrations.
Travel & Premium Logistics
First-Class Travel & Airport Pickup: All travel arrangements, including premium-class flights or luxury ground transportation, must prioritize convenience and comfort.
Arrival Assistance: A personal chauffeur or VIP airport transfer service is required to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.
Efficient Travel Coordination: Katerina is available to book her own travel once the 30% deposit is paid to streamline logistics.
Performance Space Requirements
Private Dressing Room: A luxurious dressing room located close to the performance area is essential. The space must be quiet, fully equipped, and easily accessible to allow for smooth preparation between sets.
Alternative Option: If a dressing room near the stage is unavailable, VIP transfer from vehicle to stage with assistance is required to ensure a seamless entrance.
Performance Length & Structure
Katerina’s shows are known for their elegance, versatility, and captivating wardrobe changes, ensuring each set feels like a fresh, memorable experience. Her standard performance breakdown includes:
Four sets of 15 minutes with outfit changes.
Three sets of 20 minutes with luxurious transitions between sets.
Depending on the event’s needs, Katerina offers alternative performance structures:
Two sets of 45 minutes each.
Three sets of 30 minutes each.
This format ensures that the audience enjoys a dynamic and engaging experience throughout the event.
Sound & Technical Requirements
Professional Sound Engineer: A dedicated sound engineer must be present to manage and adjust the volume of backing tracks throughout the performance.
State-of-the-Art Sound System: The venue must provide a high-quality sound system to deliver a flawless auditory experience. In-ear monitors are preferred to maintain Katerina’s precision and enhance audience immersion.
Booking & Payment Terms
Confirmation Deadline: Bookings must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the booking and initiate travel planning.
Performance Fees:
1-Day Performance: ฿60,000 + premium class travel, accommodation, and meals.
2-Day Performance: ฿90,000 +premium class travel, accommodation, and meals.
3-Day Performance: ฿100,000 + premium class travel, accommodation, and meals.
Additional Requirements
Exclusivity: Performances must reflect the elite nature of Katerina’s brand, ensuring the event aligns with her artistic vision and reputation.
Event Coordination: A designated point of contact from the event must be available to facilitate smooth communication and ensure all logistical needs are met promptly.
Hospitality: Premium on-site meals and refreshments must be provided throughout the event.
