What Is Included

• Signature Creative Program — a seamless blend of art masterclass, live painting performance, body art, and/or live jazz vocals, tailored exclusively for your occasion.

• Premium Materials for body art and performance, brought personally by Katerina.

• A deeply customized flow to harmonize with your event’s theme, space, and guest profile.

Art Supplies

• Phuket, Phangan — Katerina can personally bring all art supplies for the masterclass.

• Other Locations — a curated supply list will be provided so your team can prepare materials to Katerina’s specifications, ensuring the highest artistic standard.

Hosting Requirements

• Premium travel arrangements (business class or equivalent comfort level).

• Accommodation in luxury standards — 4-star hotel or higher, or equivalent private villa.

• Healthy, nourishing meals or per diem allowance.

• A bright, spacious area for the art experience, with electricity for lighting and sound.

Engagement Fee

• 3-Day Engagement — USD 3,000 (excluding travel, accommodation, and meals).

• Booking Deposit — 30% to reserve your date.

• Final Balance — due 7 days prior to the event.

Booking & Confirmation

• International bookings should be confirmed 4+ weeks in advance for a flawless preparation.

• Short-notice bookings may be accommodated with an expedited arrangement surcharge.

Cancellations

• Less than 14 days before the event — 50% of the fee is retained.

• Less than 7 days before the event — full fee is retained.

• If rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be transferred to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability).
